If you’re looking for tested conscious and mindful gift ideas, you’re in the right place.

I’ve personally vetted every item on this list, bringing you a variety of mindful gifts to choose from.

Gift shopping is a beautiful way to vote with your dollar by buying gifts that give twice and support values you stand by. Most of items in this gift guide have at least one aspect of giving back – whether that’s sustainable sourcing, compostable packaging, or giving a portion of the profits to a local community.

A lot of these brands are offering serious discounts for the Holidays, make sure you take advantage of it!

Don’t be surprised if you end up getting a few things for yourself, too – why not add yourself to your gifting list?

Let’s dive in!

1. Zenbunni Biodynamic Coffee of the Cosmos, $15 for 10oz

Zenbunni is a beautiful company that supports Biodynamic® and Regenerative Agriculture on our Quest to “Nurture Nature and Nurture You.” This coffee is not only fair-trade, regenerative and grown one of of the very few certified Biodynamic®  farms on the world, but it incredibly delicious – one of the best I’ve ever had! It has notes of chocolate, caramel and a touch of citrus peel.

🌎 Degradable and compostable packaging.

Not a coffee drinker? These intentional, clean coffee alternatives would make a great gift, too.

2. The Shift by Komuso, $85-$135 use code KSENIA for 15% off

The Shift is one of my favorite recent discoveries! You might mistake the elegant pendant for a piece of jewelry, but it’s a functional tool to help you improve breathing, deal with stress and calm down. It adjusts your biology through controlled breath, calming you down in moments. I have the one in gold, and I love it. This will make a great mindful gift for anyone, and especially for those who experience stess, anxiety or are on a journey to quit smoking or vaping.

3. The Heart Bowl, $35 for one, $85 for 3, $125 for 5

The heart bowl is an intentional ceramic bowl that invites you to practice self-love as you sit down to eat. Use it for smoothies, oats, cookies, salads or as a ritual bowl to hold crystals and incense.

❤️Proceeds from Holiday sales go to various organizations promoting accessible wellness and environmental organizations.

4. Weighted blanket by Baloo, $149-219

If you’ve not yet tried a weighted blanket, might as well get one for yourself too! The pressure of a weighted blanket relaxes the nervous system – whether you’re sleeping under it, or just resting while reading or watching a Netflix series. This gift is fantastic for someone who’s ready to invite more grounding and calm into their life. Baloo – unlike many other weighted blankets – is made with 100% cotton and is free from synthetic liners. Sleep expert and host of “Sleep is a Skill” podcast (which I’ve been on) Mollie McGlocklin introduced me to Baloo and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Start with an individual sized weighted throw, or a weighted comforter that comes in bigger sizes like Queen and King.

🌎Each sale benefits Pajama Program that provides comforting bedtime routine for all children that don’t have access to it.

5. Ceremonial Cacao

If there’s one food that change my life, it’s ceremonial cacao, aka “food of the gods”. Ceremonial cacao is different from traditional commercial chocolate not only in how it’s grown and processed, but also in how it’s served – with mindfulness and intention. It’s a beautiful ritual that can connect you to your heart, unlocking creativity and self-expression. Ceremonial cacao is a wonderful gift for the artist, the healer, or the ritual lover.

Gift idea: My favorite ethical, conscious brands include: Cacao Laboratory and Keith’s Cacao.

💡 Get a block or a bar of cacao directly to someone you love, or ship a block to yourself, then chop it and mix with your favorite spices and superfoods, and package as individual servings to send out as gifts. My go-to additions to pure cacao are lucuma, coconut sugar, cayenne pepper, medicinal mushrooms like Chaga and maca.

6. Modern Mud Geode Mug in Amethyst Crystal, $160

If there’s one item I’ve received the most questions about over the years of sharing recipes on Instagram, it’s this crystal mug! It’s gorgeous, sturdy and makes the perfect gift for the crystal lover in your life.

7. M Bueno Pottery Ceramic Tumbler, $24

Not ready to invest over $100 into a mug? This simple but very chic tumbler is one of my recent discoveries that quickly became a top choice for coffee and elixirs. I also love their match striker and keep it next to my incense plate.

8. Asha Patel Designs Crystal Jewelry – take 10% off with code BREAKFASTCRIMINALS

This is the second most asked question I get (after the crystal mug!) – “where are your beautiful crystal necklaces from?” If you see me wearing crystals, they’re most likely to be from Asha Patel Designs. The variety of designs and lengths, the high quality crystals (@crystalcriminals approved), and intentionality of packaging and explaining the energy each crystal represents are off the charts.

My favorite pieces that will serve as wonderful gifts to the crystal lover in your life are Mini East West Prism Necklace ($65),  Moonstone Nazar Necklace ($95), and Nazar Eye-Shaped Gemstone Necklace ($125).
