The best breakfast in the world is one that’s made from scratch using highest quality ingredients. Made with love and care.
Same with beauty rituals: DIY beauty products made from ingredients you trust take self-care to a whole new level.
Consider this – your skin is the largest organ of your body that can absorb everything we put on it. So why not put the same thought into how you treat your skin?
It doesn’t have to be complicated. This vitamin-packed DIY matcha honey face mask with spirulina only takes two minutes to make, and will leave your skin feeling smooth and nourished. The key ingredient is the Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, a potent non-GMO raw manuka honey from New Zealand (I’m obsessed!)
I find this mask very helpful when dealing with breakouts (I’m talking about those PMS pimples) – it’s anti-inflammatory and calming for the skin.
Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
*enough for two applications. If you have leftover mask, keep it in the fridge and use for spot treatment.
1 tspn. Wedderspoon Manuka Honey KFactor 16 (use code BREAKFASTCRIMINALS for 15% off)
1 tspn. spirulina powder (I used Vital Proteins Spirulina)
1 tspn. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tspn. matcha powder
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients, apply to skin for approximately 15 minutes. Rinse off.
