Typically hot chocolate mixes are full of white sugar and poor quality dairy powders. This low-caffeine, nutrient rich dandelion latte is the perfect example of how to upgrade your drink!
Dandy blend is a gluten free formulated blend of liver supportive nutrients. Cinnamon helps blood sugar balance and the maca powder helps support a healthy stress response. Cacao powder is rich in phenylethylamine which helps boost mood.

Dandy Maca Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP. Dandy Blend (Herbal Dandelion Blend)
- 1 TBSP. cinnamon
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 tspn. maca powder
- 1 TBSP. cacao powder (skip cacao for a caffeine free version!)
- 2 heaping TBSP. coconut cream
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 tspn. raw honey or Lakanto zero glycemic monkfruit sweetener
