More and more of my breakfasts have been raw. It’s easy with raw granola – you get the satisfying crunch nuts and buckins, without any guilt, refined sugars, oils or heaviness whatsoever. This refreshing Blueberry Bliss Raw Smoothie with soaked almonds and kiwi was inspired by Fully Raw Kristina’s FullyRaw Blueberry Milkshake. Enjoy!
Ingredients to Blend:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight and peeled
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 small kiwi
- 2/3 cup coconut water.
Topped with: Raw granola/Crunola from Le Pain Quotidien.
