Here’s the backstory: a boy once told a girl that he loved her and then changed his mind.

She got sad AF, cried for days and then decided to learn self-love.

Along the way, she (aka me, Ksenia) created this lovely bowl so that you can eat like you love yourself, too.

When I got myself a heart bowl and started posting recipes of my superfood breakfast creations on Instagram, I had no idea that it would lead to being named a “Top Food Account On Instagram” according to The Coveteur, “The Fashion World’s Most In-Demand Breakfast Chef” according to Extra Crispy, and leading events around the globe that merge creative food and mindfulness.

The goal of it all is to serve you as a daily reminder to mindfully nourish yourself on both physical and energetic levels first thing in the morning.
