How do you like your smoothies? I like mine creamy, thick, not too sweet, and with a drizzle of something yummy, like Dastony raw sprouted pumpkin butter (my addiction). This blueberry fig smoothie can be made any time of the year (thanks to frozen fruit), and will satisfy your craving for something creamy (and super-healthy at that!)
Ingredients To Blend:
- 1/2 cup frozen figs
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 packet Aloha daily good (original)
- 1 tsp Sunbiotics probiotic powder (yummy way to get your daily probiotic in!)
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings:
- Frozen blueberries, drizzle of sprouted pumpkin seed butter
