Instagram is how it all started for Breakfast Criminals, and it’s still a place I turn to to connect with my community and get inspired. To share with you what inspires me daily, I am posting a weekly roundup of my favorite breakfasts, seen on Instagram.
This week’s roundup includes decadent french toast, creative take on oatmeal, intricate parfait jar, oldie but goodie avocado toast, acai bowl, and more!

1. @withfoodandlove: Chocolate Hazelnut Smoothie Bowls + thoughts on self-care.
2. @raw_manda: Raw Chocolate Truffles. Yes, the time has come to share the easiest chocolate recipe on the planet.
3. @tasty_ak: Cinnamon oatmeal with walnut butter and walnuts.
4. @theoatlady: Oatmeal cooked with Water, Almond Milk, heaps of Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract and Maple Extract. Topped with The Greek Gods Kefir Honey Probiotic Milk (CoYo or Soy Yogurt for vegan options), Blueberriess, Chia Seeds, Hemp, Buckwheat, Almond Butter, Dehydrated Coconut Water and Cacao Nibs.
5. @angie_lcc: Berrily green smoothie with blueberries, bee pollen and goji berries.
6. @cleanfooddirtycity: Perfect little breakfast bowl – vanilla chia pudding topped with pecan granola, coco flakes, banana, pepitas + gojis.
7. @raeofsunshinelife: Carrot & Potato Latkes with Cashew Cream.
8. @elderflowerkitchen: Bee pollen, nut butter, granola, plum-ginger jam on chocolate oatmeal.
9. @fithealthyproject: Half vanilla bean, half raspberry nana icecream +@amazoniaco energy powder with banana, coconut and buckinis to fuel for a morning in hell aka braving the shops for last minute gifts!
10. @gloriouslydelicious: This may have been the best açai bowl ever. Absolutely loaded with sweet berry goodness, a spoonful of hazelnut butter and my favourite, @organicburst açai. Never wanted it to end!
11. @sami_b_well: Blueberry Coconut protein smoothie using @jtscoconutessence coconut water, @coyo_is_coconuts & @bareblends vanilla WPI. I also put a tbsp of psyllium husk & flaxseed oil in for added fiber & essential fatty acids. Tastes even better than it looks! And packs a powerful punch. Topped with superfood sprinkles. Activated buckinis, whole flaxseeds & goji berries.
