@anniskk: SO much fun teaching @joutsi & @liftedfi to make a smoothie bowl! We made my crispy blue smoothie bowl with some extra booster ingredients (guess which of the bowls is mine). I will put the whole story and the video on my blog later when everything is ready.

@nourish.move.repeat: Sautéed in order: Olive and coconut oil, purple onion, purple cabbage, broccolini, eggs, sea salt and pepper dried basil and oregano. Topped with parm, feta, chia seeds and flax with a side of avocado. Delightfully savory. Happy breakfast!
