I got my layering down after a few messy attempts! The trick is in making the smoothies thick, and freezing each layer for a bit before adding the next one.

This parfait combines refreshing dragonfruit with creamy banana and nut butter in a lovely way. I surprised my boyfriend with it, and he said it was the most tasty and healthy breakfast he has ever had. What a perfect scene to wake someone up to!
From Bottom to Top: Dragonfruit Layer (see below) / Frozen Blueberries / Creamy Layer / Homemade superfood granola / Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan version /Dragonfruit Layer / Blackberries
Dragonfruit Layer, ingredients to blend:
- 1 Pitaya Plus smoothie pack
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Creamy Layer, ingredients to blend: :
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 mango
- 3 tbsp. sunflower butter
- 1 tbsp. maca powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
